Questions about your BritRail purchase?

If you have already purchased your pass but have a question about your order...

Firstly, it is important to note BritRail.com does not sell BritRail Passes, therefore we cannot answer any questions about your order. (Please be advised the selling website BritRail.net is not controlled by BritRail.com)

Secondly, all aftersales queries should go through the Travel Agency or Website you originally purchased through. If you purchased through one of our BritRail specialists, please contact them directly through their own "contact us" pages.

Comments about your journey?

If you have comments about a journey you made using your BritRail Pass, this will need to be directed to the Train Operating Company who operated that service directly.
